What happens if I lose or break my phone?

With Pro backup on, install TenKey on your new phone, enter your recovery key, and your vault comes back — encrypted the whole way.

What if I forget my code?

Use your recovery key or recovery email to reset it. We never see your files.

Can TenKey see my photos?

No. Everything is encrypted on your device with a key only you hold.

If I delete the app, are my files gone?

Not with backup on — reinstall and restore. Without backup, TenKey warns you first.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, in your App Store, Google Play or account settings.
